The invention relates to the technical field of engineering, and discloses an ultra-high performance concrete continuous bridge deck which is arranged between two main beams, each main beam comprises hot-rolled section steel, end cross beams and a common concrete bridge deck, the end cross beams are arranged at the ends of the hot-rolled section steel, and the common concrete bridge deck is arranged on flange plates of the hot-rolled section steel; the ultra-high performance concrete continuous bridge deck slab comprises two first inclined planes, two second inclined planes and at least two connecting pieces, one first inclined plane is connected with one common concrete bridge deck slab, one second inclined plane is connected with one end cross beam, and the connecting pieces are connected with the common concrete bridge deck slab. And at least one connecting piece is connected with one hot-rolled section steel. The first inclined planes are connected with the common concrete bridge deck, the second inclined planes are connected with the end cross beams, and the connecting pieces are connected with the hot-rolled section steel, so that generation of plastic hinges is reduced, effective transmission of bending moment loads between two hole structures is achieved, and the crack resistance of the bridge deck continuous structure is improved.
