The invention discloses a prefabricated stand column roll-over stand and a construction method thereof.The prefabricated stand column roll-over stand comprises a supporting component and a reinforcing component, the supporting component is internally provided with a movable cavity, the reinforcing component is located in the movable cavity and connected into the supporting component, the lower end of the supporting component is provided with a first opening, and the first opening communicates with the movable cavity; the construction method comprises the following steps that S1, reserved steel bars of the prefabricated stand columns stretch into the movable cavities through the openings; and S2, the prefabricated stand column is vertically overturned through the crane, so that the main stress point of the prefabricated stand column is supported by the prefabricated stand column overturning frame. By the adoption of the construction method, the effect of the equivalent hinge fulcrum of the prefabricated stand column is brought into full play, rapid overturning of the prefabricated stand column is guaranteed, and the construction efficiency is improved; meanwhile, the defects that in the prior art, a prefabricated stand column is unclear in stress point during overturning, prone to overturning, concrete damage, rib exposure and the like are overcome, the durability of the whole structure is improved, safety and reliability are achieved, and the life safety of construction workers is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种预制立柱翻转架及其施工方法,预制立柱翻转架包括支撑部件与加强部件,支撑部件内具有活动腔,加强部件位于活动腔内并连接于支撑部件内,支撑部件的下端均设有第一开口,第一开口与活动腔相连通;施工方法包括如下步骤:S1、预制立柱的预留钢筋通过开口伸入至活动腔内;S2、通过吊机对预制立柱进行竖向翻转,以使预制立柱的主受力点由预制立柱翻转架支撑。采用上述施工方法,充分发挥预制立柱的等效铰支点的作用,保证了预制立柱的快速翻转,提升了施工效率;同时克服现有技术中的预制立柱在翻转时受力点不明、易发生倾覆以及损坏混凝土、露筋等缺陷,提升了整体结构的耐久性,安全可靠,保障了施工作业人员的生命安全。
