The invention discloses a riverbed deformation and estuary flood tide standard analysis method which comprises the following steps: 1, investigating and collecting estuary landform and flood tide characteristics, and determining a relationship between riverbed deformation and the lowest water level of a key section; 2, determining the relationship between the riverbed deformation and the maximum rising tide flow of the entrance; 3, determining the relationship between the maximum rising tide flow change of the entrance and the highest water level change of the key section; and 4, determining the correlation between the flood recurrence period and the highest water level change value of the key section. By utilizing the method, the previous riverbed topographic condition is inverted through the change of the current situation and the previous key section lowest water level, and the change of the flood tide recurrence period under the current situation after the natural riverbed is greatly undercut is determined; a scientific basis is provided for major water safety problems such as reduction of river mouth flood discharge capacity and tide absorption capacity caused by riverbed deposition, review and evaluation of standard-exceeding floods and tides, operation safety and the like, technical support is provided for later scientific treatment, and social economic and environmental benefits are remarkable.
