The invention relates to wind prevention and sand fixation grass block laying equipment. The wind prevention and sand fixation grass block laying equipment comprises a vehicle body, a ditching device, a conveying device and a throwing device. The vehicle body is provided with a feeding station and a grabbing station which are arranged in a spaced mode. The ditching device is installed at the bottom of the vehicle body and used for digging sandy soil on the ground to form a groove in the advancing process of the vehicle body. The conveying device is installed on the vehicle body and used for sequentially transferring the grass blocks on the feeding station to the grabbing station. The throwing device comprises a lifting assembly and a mechanical claw structure installed on the lifting assembly. The lifting assembly is installed on the vehicle body and used for driving the mechanical claw structure to ascend and descend in the plane perpendicular to the second direction. The mechanical claw structure is used for catching and grasping the grass blocks falling from the grabbing station when passing through the lower part of the grabbing station, and is also used for passing through the upper part of the groove and loosening the fed grass blocks when the ditching device planes the groove.
