Quality control method for vibro-replacement stone column composite foundation base layer
The invention discloses a vibro-replacement gravel pile composite foundation base layer quality control method. The method comprises the steps that in the foundation range, earthwork backfilling or earthwork excavation is conducted till the earthwork is + 0.6 m above the gravel pile top elevation, and an earthwork top elevation position is reserved; digging drainage ditches around the foundation, arranging a sedimentation tank, and installing a sewage pump; paying off to determine the positions of first batch of operation gravel piles, performing the first batch of operation gravel pile operation, paying off to determine the positions of second batch of operation gravel piles after the operation is completed, and performing the second batch of operation gravel pile operation; during gravel pile operation, flushing slurry is guided to a drainage ditch around a foundation nearby to a sedimentation tank and finally discharged out of a construction site through a sewage pump, sludge in the drainage ditch around the foundation is continuously cleaned during operation, and smoothness is guaranteed; and after the pile foundations of the first batch of operation gravel piles and the second batch of operation gravel piles are detected to be qualified, earthwork between the + 0.6 m reserved earthwork top elevation and the gravel pile top elevation is excavated out through an earthwork excavator, a retreating method is adopted during excavation, and the foundations are cleared in time in combination with manpower.
本发明公开了一种振冲碎石桩复合地基基层质量控制方法,在地基范围内土方回填或土方开挖至碎石桩顶标高上+0.6m预留土方顶标高位置;开挖地基周边排水沟、设置沉淀池,并安装污水泵;放线确定第一批作业碎石桩位置,进行第一批作业碎石桩作业,完成作业后放线确定第二批作业碎石桩位置,进行第二批作业碎石桩作业;在进行碎石桩作业时,冲洗泥浆就近引导至地基周边排水沟,直至沉淀池内,最后由污水泵排出施工场地,作业时不间断清理地基周边排水沟淤泥,确保畅通;第一批作业碎石桩和第二批作业碎石桩桩基检测合格后,利用土方挖掘机将+0.6m预留土方顶标高与碎石桩顶标高之间的土方挖除,开挖时采用后退法,并结合人工及时清基。
