Carrying out elastic wave velocity test and test pile test wave velocity zoning on the pretreated foundation, and meanwhile, carrying out ultra-static pore pressure monitoring to obtain ultra-static pore pressure; geophones and an acquisition instrument are selected to establish a gravel pile construction excitation signal acquisition system, and a space array of the geophones is arranged; elastic wave signals are collected in real time, filtering processing and signal identification are carried out, the arrival time of the elastic wave signals is extracted, a travel time equation set is constructed, and the elastic wave velocity of the wave velocity partition is iteratively inverted; and the corresponding relation of the effective confining pressure, the relative compactness and the elastic wave velocity of the soil body is established, the relative compactness of the soil body is obtained through input, and the reinforcement quality condition is compared and judged.
