The invention relates to the technical field of civil engineering, in particular to ground hole-forming equipment and a ground hole-forming grouting method.The ground hole-forming equipment comprises a supporting frame and a drill rod, and the supporting frame is provided with a hammering device and a lifting device used for driving the hammering device to move up and down; the drill rod comprises a plurality of sub-rod bodies which are detachably connected in sequence from bottom to top to form a rod body, the lifting device drives the hammering device to move downwards, and the sub-rod bodies located below the hammering device can be pressed into the ground; the lifting device drives the hammering device to move upwards, so that the distance between the hammering device and the ground is increased, a mounting space is formed, the to-be-connected sub-rod body is connected to the sub-rod body pressed into the ground through the mounting space, then the lifting device is utilized again to drive the hammering device to move downwards, and the to-be-connected sub-rod body can be pressed into the ground through the hammering device; therefore, according to the ground hole forming equipment, the multiple sections of sub rod bodies can be pressed into the ground correspondingly, the total height of the hole forming equipment is reduced, and the drilling requirement of the position with the height limiting position is met.
