The distorted concrete hole forming and grouting integrated machine is characterized in that a paste tank with a paste inlet and a paste outlet is arranged on the machine frame, a paste pumping machine is arranged above the paste outlet in the paste tank, the paste outlet of the paste tank is connected with a drilling and grouting device through a paste feeding pipe, and the paste inlet of the paste tank is connected with a paste inflow pipe. The drilling function and the grouting function are integrated, so that grouting operation is conveniently finished in the drilling process; and the paste flow and the grouting pressure in the grouting process are controlled through the paste pumping machine and the drilling depth is adjusted through the drilling and grouting device, so that grouting quality is effectively guaranteed and the problem that distorted concrete seepage prevention fails in existing roller compacted concrete construction is fundamentally solved. In addition, the whole machine is moved flexibly, the drilling and grouting device can be moved at will according to requirements, operation can be easily performed in the narrow place, the place with more formwork supporting ribs and the place where mechanical construction is difficult, drilling and grouting operation efficiency is effectively improved, and the labor intensity of workers is relieved.
