Auxiliary device and technology for installing and fixing geological landslide anti-slide pile
According to the geological landslide anti-slide pile mounting and fixing auxiliary device and technology, a mounting and fixing pile is inserted into a ground pile, sliding is prevented after mounting is conducted through anti-skid lines arranged on the plane of a reinforcing column plate body, and filling rubber is bonded and fixed through anti-skid inner cavities formed in the anti-skid lines; an anti-skid pile is fixedly mounted above a cross-shaped fixing plate for fixing, a pile tip is embedded in the bottom of the mounting fixing pile and is inserted into the ground, and anti-skid inner hooks are sequentially welded to the inner wall of the mounting fixing pile to conduct inner hook fixing on the mounting fixing pile so as to prevent sliding; a cross sliding frame is arranged below a cross fixing plate to conduct cross sliding, an installation adjusting frame is driven to conduct adjustment through sliding of an auxiliary sliding block, and then an installation fixing pile is adjusted; the anti-slide piles are connected by installing the pile top plate between the two plates of the installation adjusting frame, and the anti-slide piles are fixed through pin holes of the pile top plate and pins.
本发明提供了一种地质滑坡抗滑桩安装固定辅助装置及工艺,通过将安装固定桩插入地桩当中,通过强化柱板板体平面上设置的防滑纹在安装后进行防止滑动,并通过防滑纹的内部设置有防滑内腔体进行对填筑胶料进行粘接固定,通过十字固定板的上方固定安装有防滑桩进行固定,通过安装固定桩的底部镶嵌有桩尖插入到地下中,并通过安装固定桩的内壁上依次焊接有防滑内钩进行对安装固定桩进行内钩固定防止滑动,通过十字固定板的下方设有十字滑动架进行十字滑动,通过辅助滑动块的滑动带动安装调节架进行调节,进而对安装固定桩进行调节;通过安装调节架两板之间安装有桩顶板进行对抗滑桩进行连接,并通过桩顶板的销轴孔通过销钉进行固定。
