A connecting frame is rotationally connected with a third rotating seat through a pin shaft; the two third rotating seats are fixedly connected with the outer wall of the calibration ruler; the inner top of the outer cylinder is fixedly connected with the rotating seat; the rotary connecting piece is rotationally connected with the rotary seat through a pin shaft; the upper end of the falling piece is fixed with the lower end of the connecting piece; a positive contact head is fixedly arranged at the lower end of the falling piece; two opposite negative contact pieces are fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the outer cylinder, and the positive contact head swings to a pole point position along with the falling piece and can be in contact with the negative contact pieces; the rotation directions of the falling pieces point to the radial direction of the steel casing; a black spot is arranged in the center of the indicating plate, and indicating lamps are fixedly arranged on the indicating plate in four directions of the black spot; each positive contact head is electrically connected with the positive electrode of the power supply, and each negative contact piece is connected with the negative electrode of the power supply through an indicating lamp. The perpendicularity of the steel casing can be mastered in the whole process by an operator, so that the advancing direction of the long casing can be adjusted in real time.
