The invention discloses a deviation prevention system for a building pile foundation. The deviation prevention system for the building pile foundation comprises a rack, wherein supporting legs are fixedly connected to the left side and the right side of the lower end of the rack, fixing pieces are arranged on the left side and the right side of each supporting leg, a lower connecting mechanism is arranged on the outer side of each supporting leg, an upper inlet is formed in the upper end of the rack, and a lower outlet is formed in the lower end of the rack; telescopic pieces are arranged on the opposite side walls in the rack, linkage assemblies are arranged at the lower ends of the telescopic pieces, and pushing mechanisms are arranged at the upper ends of the telescopic pieces. The pile foundation is put in through the upper inlet formed in the upper end of the rack by a lifting appliance, then a driver is started through a controller panel to control a synchronous motor, and the synchronous motor drives a second screw rod to rotate, so that a push block slides on an auxiliary rod to push a clamping plate to the center of the rack to clamp the pile foundation; due to the fact that a stabilizing assembly is arranged on the clamping plate, friction can be increased through rubber protrusions on a rubber plate, the pile foundation is clamped more stably, and moving and falling are avoided.
