The water stop structure is arranged in the space interval, extends in the axial direction of the tower drum body and is used for forming a waterproof barrier in the space interval. The foundation stress part and the prestress tension construction part are separately arranged, the prestress tension construction part serves as a non-stress component, the foundation engineering amount is optimized, the arrangement positions of foundation steel bars and the types of the steel bars are reduced, and the steel bar binding and construction difficulty is lowered.
