The bearing platform foundation comprises a bearing platform foundation body, filler and a shear wall, the middle of the bearing platform foundation body is hollow, the top of the bearing platform foundation body is not lower than plus or minus zero, the filler is filled in the hollow middle of the bearing platform foundation body, the top of the filler is flush with the top of the bearing platform foundation body, and the shear wall is arranged in the hollow middle of the bearing platform foundation body. The shear wall is located at the top of the bearing platform foundation body, the shear wall and the bearing platform foundation body are of an integrated structure, and the shear wall is of a cylindrical structure and used for being connected with a tower drum body above. The bearing platform foundation provided by the embodiment of the invention is not hollow below plus or minus zero, so that the problems of water seepage at cracks or gaps of the bearing platform foundation in the use process and water accumulation in the hollow are avoided, and the adverse effects of evaporation of the accumulated water in the hollow and water vapor on electrical equipment in a tower drum are avoided; electrical equipment is protected from being damaged by water vapor, the maintenance frequency of the equipment is reduced, and the maintenance cost is reduced.
