The anti-frost-heaving section is filled with an anti-frost-heaving material, so that the influence of soil body frost heaving on engineering is eliminated, and the effect of resisting soil body frost heaving is achieved; the fixed section is located at the lower end of the prefabricated pipe pile and plays a role in improving the stability and pulling resistance of a pile body.
