The invention discloses a foundation pit connecting position bottom plate waterproof structure and a construction method.The waterproof structure comprises an early foundation pit bottom plate and a later foundation pit bottom plate which are arranged side by side, the upper portion of the early foundation pit bottom plate is provided with a tongue-and-groove, and the early foundation pit bottom plate and the later foundation pit bottom plate are connected through the tongue-and-groove to form a Z-shaped contact face; a reinforcing layer is arranged on the lower portion of the contact face formed by the early-stage foundation pit bottom plate and the later-stage foundation pit bottom plate, a waterproof layer is arranged below the reinforcing layer and laid on the cushion layer, and the length of the waterproof layer is larger than that of the reinforcing layer.
