Whole-set balance weight type embankment retaining wall reinforcing structure and reinforcing method
The invention is applicable to the field of side slope retaining, and provides a complete balance weight type embankment retaining wall reinforcing structure and a reinforcing method, and the reinforcing structure is mainly composed of a wall back rock-soil body reinforcing structure, a wall body reinforcing and repairing structure and an externally-pasted surface protecting wall structure. The wall back is pre-reinforced by adopting a vertical micro steel pipe and a mode of in-pipe permeation grouting, so that the property of a rock-soil body behind the wall is improved, the stability of the wall body in the reinforcing construction period is improved, and the traffic safety of vehicles on the existing road is ensured. The cast-in-place reinforced concrete surface protecting wall is used for preventing the existing wall blocking surface layer from being disengaged and preventing bulging rubbles from falling off; the vertical miniature steel pipes are arranged in the wall and can be connected with the toe of the existing retaining wall in a reinforced mode, and the overall anti-sliding performance of the wall body is further improved. The wall body is reinforced and reinforced in a manner of arranging inclined micro steel pipes in post-pouring holes and performing permeation grouting in the pipes; the steel pipes and the face protecting wall reinforcing mesh are welded into a whole through the L-shaped connecting ribs, and the face protecting wall is prevented from falling off and being separated from the wall body of the existing retaining wall.
