The embodiment of the invention provides a control device, a scraper knife, a land leveler and a scraper knife control method.The control device is used for controlling movement of the scraper knife of the land leveler and comprises a controller, a navigation satellite system, an inertial navigation sensor and a driver; wherein the navigation satellite system, the inertial navigation sensor and the driver are all connected with the controller; the inertial navigation sensor is used for measuring deflection angle information of a scraper knife of the land leveler and transmitting the deflection angle information to the controller; the navigation satellite system is used for measuring elevation information of a scraper knife of the land leveler and transmitting the elevation information to the controller; the controller is used for determining a control instruction for the driver according to the elevation information and the deflection angle information of the scraper knife of the land leveler and transmitting the control instruction to the driver; the driver is used for receiving the control instruction and controlling the action of a scraper knife of the land leveler according to the control instruction.
