The bottom of the connecting support is arranged on the walking mechanism, the hinging mechanism comprises a first hinging plate, a second hinging plate and a rotating shaft, the first hinging plate is fixedly connected with the connecting support, a scraper knife is arranged on the lower surface of the second hinging plate, one end of the handrail is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the second hinging plate, and the handrail can drive the scraper knife to rotate along the rotating shaft of the hinging mechanism. The scraper knife trolley can reciprocate along the trolley track through the walking mechanism, the scraper knife can be driven to rotate along the rotating shaft of the hinge mechanism through the handrail, the operation space of a rod piece is increased, the rod piece is convenient to take and place, the attaching degree between the scraper knife and the rod piece can be adjusted, and the production and marketing force of the scraper knife on the surface of the rod piece is convenient to control; and a zinc coating on the surface of the rod is prevented from being scratched. When the scraper knife trolley is provided with the first motor, the second motor, the power-off limiting switch and the stroke limiting switch, the construction efficiency can be improved, and energy consumption can be reduced.
