The invention discloses a transformer substation flood combing and drainage system which comprises a conventional water level sensor, a critical water level sensor and a high-risk water level sensor which are installed at different height positions of the inner wall of a drainage channel respectively. The conventional water level sensor, the critical water level sensor and the high-risk water level sensor are electrically connected with the information processor through data lines, the information processor is connected with monitoring equipment and a rainfall monitor through data lines, the information processor is further provided with a drainage channel drainage system, and the early warning device is connected with the water pumping system. And the early warning device is connected with the receiving terminal. According to the invention, the flood disaster can be monitored and early warned in real time through the water level sensor, the monitoring equipment and the rainfall monitor, so that workers can respond in time to carry out emergency treatment.
