The shell comprises two side walls, a drainage layer and a planting soil layer are sequentially laid in the shell from bottom to top, an overflow weir is arranged in the shell in the first direction so as to divide a grass planting ditch in the shell into an upstream part and a downstream part, the inclined pipe diversion regulation and storage structure is arranged on the upstream part, and the gutter inlet is formed in the downstream part; the inclined pipe flow guide regulation and storage structure comprises a plurality of inclined pipes arranged in an array mode in the second direction, the ends, away from the gutter inlet, of the inclined pipes are located above the planting soil layer, the other ends, close to the gutter inlet, of the inclined pipes are arranged in the planting soil layer and located above the drainage layer, holes are evenly formed in the lower portions of the inclined pipes, and functional filler modules are arranged in the inclined pipes; a water collecting pipe is arranged in the drainage layer in the first direction, holes are evenly formed in the upper portion of the water collecting pipe, and the water collecting pipe is communicated with the gutter inlet. The grass planting ditch has multiple functions, and the infiltration capacity is improved.
