The invention relates to the technical field of steel structure connection, in particular to a steel reinforced concrete beam and shear wall connecting structure which comprises a wallboard, a base and a mounting seat, the base and the mounting seat are both arranged on the wallboard, a mounting groove is formed in the mounting seat, and the connecting structure further comprises a clamping module arranged on the base and used for clamping a steel reinforced concrete beam and a shear wall. The concrete beam is fixed; the monitoring module is arranged between the mounting groove and the base and used for monitoring the position of the concrete beam in the mounting groove and controlling the clamping module to work; the clamping module is automatically controlled to stably clamp the concrete beam, the stability of connection between the concrete beam and the shear wall can be further improved by arranging the auxiliary clamping unit, and compared with a traditional bolt fixing mode, under the condition that the connection stability is guaranteed, the clamping module is automatically controlled to stably clamp the concrete beam. The installation time between the shear wall and the concrete beam can be shortened, and the input amount of labor force is reduced.
