Self-adaptive connecting structure of reinforced concrete shear wall and modular shear wall
The invention relates to a self-adaptive connecting structure of a reinforced concrete shear wall and a modular shear wall. The self-adaptive connecting structure comprises a shell with a containing cavity, sliding clamps, a plurality of telescopic rods, springs and connecting steel bars; the plurality of telescopic rods are symmetrically installed on the two sides in the containing cavity of the shell; the sliding clamps are installed on the telescopic rods in a sliding mode and arranged in pairs; the telescopic rods are sleeved with the springs, and pretightening force is generated on the sliding clamps; connecting steel bar butt-joint openings with the adjustable opening size are formed between the sliding clamps; the opening direction of the connecting steel bar butt-joint openings is opposite to that of the connecting steel bar butt-joint openings; the connecting steel bars are connected to the shell; and the ends of the connecting steel bars are provided with connectors matched with the connecting steel bar butt-joint openings. In the using process, the connecting structure is prefabricated in a shear wall module, when the shear wall module is horizontally or vertically spliced, self-adaptive adjustment can be achieved, accurate butt joint is achieved, adjustment and alignment in the splicing process of the shear wall module are facilitated, and the construction quality is improved.
本发明涉及一种钢筋混凝土剪力墙自适应连接结构及模块化剪力墙,包括设有容腔的壳体、滑动夹具、伸缩杆、弹簧及连接钢筋;所述伸缩杆设有多个,对称安装在所述壳体的容腔内部两侧,所述滑动夹具滑动安装在所述伸缩杆上,所述滑动夹具成对设置,所述弹簧套设在所述伸缩杆上并对所述滑动夹具产生预紧力,所述滑动夹具之间形成可调节开口大小的连接钢筋对接口;与所述连接钢筋对接口的开口方向相反,所述连接钢筋连接在所述壳体上,所述连接钢筋端部设有与所述连接钢筋对接口相匹配的连接头。使用时,该连接结构预制在剪力墙模块内,剪力墙模块水平或竖向拼装时,可以自适应调节,实现精准对接,有助于剪力墙模块拼装时的调整和对齐,提高施工质量。
