At least two nut protective covers in the plurality of nut protective covers are different in height in the axial direction of the nut; the bolt protective cover is connected with the second end of the nut protective cover, the bolt protective cover is used for covering the outer peripheral side of the foundation bolt exposed on the ground, the inner peripheral surface of the bolt protective cover is provided with at least two circles of internal thread structures, and the internal thread structures are used for being matched with external thread structures on the foundation bolt. The problems that in the prior art, the anti-rust effect is poor, and later maintenance is inconvenient are solved.
