To provide an anti-corrosion device and an anti-corrosion method capable of improving an anti-corrosion technique for a surface inside a pipe conduit.SOLUTION: An anti-corrosion device 20 is inserted into a pipe conduit P, and comprises: a wheel unit 26 that allows movement inside the pipe conduit P; an imaging unit 27 that images an image of a surface inside the pipe conduit P; a discharge unit 28 that discharges an anti-corrosion agent inside the pipe conduit P; and a control unit 21 that controls the operation of the discharge unit 28 based on the image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
