The invention discloses a concrete construction joint construction method which is used for a to-be-poured structure and comprises the following steps that the preset position of a construction joint is determined on the to-be-poured structure; first concrete and second concrete are sequentially poured at the preset position of the construction joint in a segmented mode; wherein a construction joint is formed between the first concrete and the second concrete; performing waterproof treatment on the construction joint; and joint construction is conducted on the construction joints, and construction of the construction joints is completed. According to the method, after the preset position of the construction joint is determined on the to-be-poured structure, the first concrete and the second concrete are poured in the preset position of the construction joint in sequence, waterproof treatment is conducted on the construction joint, and then joint construction is conducted, so that the situation that the concrete strength and the waterproof effect are affected due to the fact that joint of the construction joint is not compact is avoided; the phenomenon of water leakage of the construction joint is prevented, the construction quality of the construction joint is improved, and the technological process of interface treatment of the construction joint needs to be further standardized.
