CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION JOINT FORMING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete construction joint forming method for solving a conventional problem in which, namely, a construction joint of high dynamic characteristics is formed without greatly increasing labor and cost, and furthermore, the conversion of the material for use in forming the construction joint is possible.SOLUTION: A concrete construction joint forming method of the present invention is the method including at least a balloon fixing step, a balloon expansion step, a concrete placing step and a formwork removal step. A balloon is fixed to a concrete formwork in the balloon step, and the balloon is inflated by pressurizing the inside of the balloon by pressurizing means after assembling the concrete formwork in the balloon expansion step. Also, concrete placement is performed in the concrete placing step while maintaining the expansion of the balloon. In the formwork removal step, after the placement, concrete is cured until the concrete is increased in strength larger than a predetermined strength. Then the inside of the balloon is de-pressurized to contract the balloon, and the concrete formwork is removed.
【課題】本願発明の課題は、従来の問題を解決することであり、すなわち、著しいい手間やコストをかけることなく力学的特性の高い打継目を形成し、しかも、打継目の形成に用いる材料の転用が可能な、コンクリート打継目形成方法を提供することである。【解決手段】本願発明のコンクリート打継目形成方法は、少なくともバルーン固定工程、バルーン膨張工程、コンクリート打込み工程、脱型工程を備えた方法である。バルーン工程では、コンクリート型枠にバルーンを固定し、バルーン膨張工程では、コンクリート型枠を組み立てた後に加圧手段によってバルーン内を加圧してバルーンを膨張させる。また、コンクリート打込み工程では、バルーンの膨張を維持した状態でコンクリートの打込みを行い、脱型工程では、打込み後コンクリートが所定強度以上になるまで養生した後、バルーン内を減圧してバルーンを収縮させてコンクリート型枠を取り外す。【選択図】図１
