Frame insulation board structure
The invention provides a frame insulation board structure, relates to the field of insulation materials, and solves the problem that an insulation board is low in strength and difficult to meet use requirements. The structure comprises a heat preservation base plate, a first reinforcing layer, a second reinforcing layer and a grabbing and fixing piece, the first reinforcing layer and the second reinforcing layer are each of a net-shaped structure and are attached to the upper side and the lower side of the heat preservation base plate respectively, and the grabbing and fixing piece comprises a first clamping part, a rod body and a second clamping part, the second clamping part is fixed to the side, away from the heat preservation base plate, of the second reinforcing layer, the first clamping part and the second clamping part are connected and fixed through a rod body, and therefore the first reinforcing layer, the heat preservation base plate and the second reinforcing layer are clamped and fixed. The first reinforcing layer, the heat preservation base plate and the second reinforcing layer are firmly locked through the grabbing and fixing pieces, layering is prevented during laying or after laying, and the tensile strength, the compressive strength and the breaking strength can be improved on the basis that the heat preservation performance is guaranteed.
