Hybrid-connected anti-seismic fabricated concrete shear wall and construction method
The invention provides an anti-seismic fabricated concrete shear wall in mixed connection and a construction method. Vertical seam connection between two shear walls adjacent left and right is jointly achieved through local cast-in-place wet connection of a top hidden beam and dry connection of two shear keys connected through vertical seam connecting pieces in the middle. The vertical seam connecting piece comprises two pre-embedded steel plates and a double-U-shaped steel plate, bolt holes communicated with each other are formed in the connected sides of the double-U-shaped steel plate, one side of each pre-embedded steel plate is connected with two rivets, the other side of each pre-embedded steel plate is connected with two bolts, and the bolts are inserted into the bolt holes of the double-U-shaped steel plate respectively. The post-cast hidden beams are combined with mixed connection of the double-U-shaped steel plates pre-embedded in the grooves, field wet operation is greatly reduced, the method of cast-in-place of edge components is broken through, steel bars, hidden beams and the double-U-shaped steel plates do not need to extend outwards from the side faces to serve as first anti-seismic defensive lines, and the advantage that the double-U-shaped steel plates consume energy due to plastic deformation of the double-U-shaped steel plates is brought into play; a plastic hinge area at the bottom of the shear wall is a second defense line, multiple earthquake fortification mechanisms are achieved, and the earthquake resistance is excellent.
本发明提供一种混合连接的抗震装配式混凝土剪力墙及施工方法,左右相邻的两个剪力墙之间的竖缝连接是由顶部暗梁的局部现浇湿连接和中部两道由竖缝连接件连接的抗剪键干连接共同实现。竖缝连接件包括两个预埋钢板和双U形钢板,双U形钢板相接的一侧开有相互连通的螺栓孔,预埋钢板一侧连接两个铆钉,另一侧连接两个螺栓,螺栓分别插入双U形钢板的螺栓孔内。本发明利用后浇暗梁结合凹槽内预埋双U形钢板的混合连接,大幅度减少现场湿作业,突破边缘构件现浇的做法,侧面无需外伸钢筋,暗梁以及双U形钢板作为抗震第一道防线,发挥双U形钢板自身塑性变形耗能的优点,剪力墙底部塑性铰区为第二道防线,具有多道抗震设防机制,抗震性能优异。
