The invention discloses a bolt simplified connection assembly type concrete shear wall which comprises a prefabricated wall plate, the prefabricated wall plate comprises horizontally-distributed steel bars arranged at intervals from top to bottom and a plurality of vertically-distributed steel bars arranged at intervals in the horizontal direction, and the vertically-distributed steel bars comprise key groove joint vertical steel bars and bolt connection vertical steel bars; the cast-in-place edge components are arranged on the two sides of the prefabricated wall panel, and each cast-in-place edge component comprises an edge component longitudinal bar and an edge component stirrup; a key groove joint structure is arranged in the middle area of the bottom of the prefabricated wallboard, and grouting materials are arranged in a gap between the key groove joint structure and the bottom of the prefabricated wallboard; and the bolt connection seam structures are arranged between the two sides of the key groove seam structure and the cast-in-place edge component. The invention further discloses a construction method of the assembly type concrete shear wall simply connected through the bolts. The problems that in the construction process, wet operation is numerous, the requirement for steel bar butt joint precision is high, and sleeve grouting quality is uncontrollable can be effectively solved.
