Reinforcing steel bar mechanical connection joint and use method thereof
The invention discloses a reinforcing steel bar mechanical connection joint and a using method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of reinforcing steel bar mechanical connection joints. Threads are respectively processed at the joints of the two reinforcing steel bars; the connecting joint comprises a first connecting sleeve, a connecting screw rod and a second connecting sleeve; one section of the first connecting sleeve is an axial threaded hole, the other section of the first connecting sleeve is an axial unthreaded hole, and the axial threaded hole is in threaded fit with a threaded section of a steel bar; the connecting screw is composed of a large-diameter section and a small-diameter section which are integrally formed. The large-diameter section is in threaded fit with the threaded hole of the first connecting sleeve, and the small-diameter section penetrates through the unthreaded hole of the first connecting sleeve; two axial threaded holes are formed in the second connecting sleeve; and the two threaded holes are respectively in threaded fit with the small-diameter section of the connecting screw rod and the threaded section of the other reinforcing steel bar. Force transmission between the reinforcing steel bars is achieved through the thread structure, and the device can be suitable for connection between the reinforcing steel bars of different types and diameters under the condition that the reinforcing steel bars cannot rotate.
