CONNECTION CONFIRMATION STRUCTURE OF MECHANICAL JOINT AND REINFORCING BAR, AND CONNECTION CONFIRMATION METHOD
To provide means for easily confirming that a reinforcing bar is correctly connected to a mechanical joint.SOLUTION: A conductor 20 is arranged in an insertion hole 11 provided in a mechanical joint A, and a pair of reinforcing bars B are inserted respectively from both sides of the insertion hole 11. The reinforcing bar B is provided with a first electrification part 30 provided at a part capable of coming into contact with the conductor 20 and a second electrification part 40 provided at a place not located in the insertion hole 11, at the time of insertion into the mechanical joint A, so that electricity can flow between the two conducting portions. Then, confirmation of conduction between the reinforcing bars B via the conductor 20 and both the electrification parts 30, 40, and measurement of an electric resistance value are carried out by measuring means C connected between the second electrification part 40 of each of the reinforcing bars B.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】機械式継手に対し鉄筋が正しく接続されていることを簡便に確認可能な手段を提供すること。【解決手段】機械式継手Aに設けてある挿入孔11に導電体20を配置しておき、一組の鉄筋Bを挿入孔11の両側からそれぞれ挿入する。鉄筋Bには、機械式継手Aへの挿入時において、導電体20と接触可能な箇所に設けた第1の通電部30と、挿入孔11内に位置しない箇所に設けた第2の通電部40を設けて両通電部の間を通電可能としておく。そして、各鉄筋Bの第2の通電部40間に接続した計測手段Cでもって、導電体20および両通電部30,40を介した鉄筋B間の導通の確認、または電気抵抗値の計測を行う。【選択図】図1
