The invention discloses a construction method of a steel structure large-gradient inverted roof, which comprises the following steps of: when a roof concrete structural slab is constructed, synchronously forming upward convex reverse ridges, and paving heat insulation plates in an area between adjacent reverse ridges from bottom to top, so that the reverse ridge on the lower side of the area is used as a limiting structure when the heat insulation plates are paved, and the heat insulation plates are prevented from sliding down; and the safety and the high efficiency during the laying of the insulation board are ensured. The insulation board is fixed without damaging the integrity of the concrete structural board and the waterproof layer, and the waterproof performance is good. When the insulation board is laid, no obstacle extends out of the waterproof layer, and hurt caused by stumbling of the obstacle to constructors can be avoided. In addition, the integral reinforcing mesh covering the whole roof is laid on the insulation board to replace reinforcing meshes in the prior art. The integral reinforcing mesh is implanted when the concrete rigid layer on the upper side of the insulation board is poured, concrete can be more effectively tied, the rigid layer is reinforced, and the construction quality and operation safety of the rigid layer are guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种钢结构大坡度倒置式屋面施工方法,在屋面混凝土结构板施工时,同步成型向上凸出的反坎,在相邻反坎之间的区域自下而上铺设保温板,使区域下侧的反坎作为保温板铺设时的限位结构,防止保温板下滑,保证保温板铺设时的安全性及高效性。保温板固定不破坏混凝土结构板及防水层的整体性,防水性好。保温板铺设时,防水层上没有伸出的障碍物,可避免施工人员因障碍物绊倒出现伤害。另外,本发明在保温板上铺设覆盖整个屋面的整体式钢筋网替代现有技术的钢筋网片。保温板上侧的混凝土刚性层浇筑时植入整体式钢筋网,能更有效的拉结混凝土,对刚性层有加强作用,保证刚性层的施工质量及作业安全性。
