Bolt structure for ring lock type scaffold
According to the plug pin structure for the ring lock type scaffold, a lock plate is elastically installed in a containing hole of a plug pin body, and after the small head end of the plug pin body extends out of a socket and spigot disc of the ring lock type scaffold and a pin hole of a connector, the lock plate can pop out of the containing hole so as to reversely abut against the socket and spigot disc and the connector in a pressed mode. And therefore, the situation that the bolt body falls off due to shaking of the ring-lock type scaffold in the using process is avoided, and the safety of the ring-lock type scaffold is improved. In addition, in the dismounting process, after the lock plate is reversely pushed into the containing hole of the bolt body, quick dismounting can be achieved, and the construction speed is not affected. The problem that a plug pin of an existing ring lock type scaffold is prone to loosening and falling off along with shaking of a scaffold body is solved.
本发明公开了一种盘扣式脚手架用插销结构,通过锁板弹性安装于插销本体的容置孔中,在插销本体的小头端伸至盘扣式脚手架的承插圆盘和接头的销孔的外部后,锁板能弹出容置孔以反向压抵于承插圆盘和接头,进而避免盘扣式脚手架在使用过程中晃动使得插销本体脱落,提高了盘扣式脚手架的安全性。此外,在拆卸过程中,将锁板反向推至插销本体的容置孔中后,即可实现快速拆卸,不影响施工速度。本发明解决了现有的盘扣式脚手架的插销随架体的晃动容易松动脱落的问题。
