The invention relates to a base layer waterproof construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, carrying out waterproof treatment on a base layer structure, doping an admixture into concrete for pouring a base layer, and carrying out integral pouring on the base layer; s2, construction of a waterproof coating film of a base layer: cleaning the base layer, and coating the waterproof coating film on the base layer; s3, construction of a waterproof coiled material of a base layer: laying the waterproof coiled material after coating of the waterproof coating film is completed, uniformly spraying a special bonding material on the base layer, and then laying the waterproof coiled material on the special bonding material; s4, waterproof treatment of the crack and installation of insertion rods are conducted, specifically, a waterproof reinforcing layer is laid on the surface of the crack, and the insertion rods are arranged on the two sides of the crack in a penetrating mode; s5, fixing an inserting rod, rotating the inserting rod to enable the inserting rod to sequentially penetrate through the waterproof reinforcing layer and the surface of the base layer, and driving an anti-falling rod in the inserting rod to be arranged in the base layer in a penetrating manner; and S6, mounting of a waterproof protection layer, wherein the waterproof protection layer is laid on the surface of the waterproof reinforcing layer. The waterproof structure has the effect of ensuring the waterproof performance of the base layer.
