To provide a waterproof structure that can connect a waterproof layer formed on each of two continuous surfaces via a corner of a concrete structure to ensure waterproof performance, a waterproof layer construction method, and a waterproof layer piece.SOLUTION: A waterproof structure 1 of a concrete structure 2B in which a first end panel (first surface) 251 and an upper surface (second surface) 23 that are continuous via a corner 27 are formed, comprises: a first waterproof layer 31 provided along the first end panel 251; a second waterproof layer 32 provided along the upper surface 23; and a waterproof layer piece 33 provided along the corner 27. The waterproof layer piece 33 has a first waterproof piece 331 provided along the first end panel 251 and a second waterproof piece 332 integrated with the first waterproof piece 331 and provided along the upper surface 23. The first waterproof piece 331 and the first waterproof layer 31 are connected, and the second waterproof piece 332 and the second waterproof layer 32 are connected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
