The invention discloses a rapid construction method for existing building frame column reinforcement and masonry wall connection. The rapid construction method comprises the following steps that the end of an existing masonry wall is chiseled away; retaining the tie bars I on the end part of the existing masonry wall; reinforcing assemblies are prefabricated, the reinforcing assemblies are installed around the surface of the existing frame column according to the design drawing of the existing frame column, connecting pieces are arranged on the reinforcing assemblies, and the connecting pieces are evenly distributed in the construction clearance space between the existing masonry wall and the existing frame column; and a newly-built structure is poured and formed in the construction gap space between the existing masonry wall and the existing frame column. The newly-built structure is connected with the existing masonry wall through the first tie bars and connected with the existing frame columns through the connecting pieces, so that the bearing capacity of the existing masonry wall can be transmitted to the existing frame columns through the newly-built structure, and the bearing capacity of the existing frame columns in the lateral direction of the existing masonry wall of the old historical building is improved.
