The method comprises the following steps: acquiring plane positioning of a newly-added column; an unloading supporting frame is erected on the inner side of the shear wall needing to be reserved; the shear wall structure needing to be broken is broken through the combination of a water drill and a wire saw; column embedded steel bars including column main steel bars and column stirrups are additionally arranged on a bottom plate and a wall column of the broken shear wall; after the newly-added column is planted with the steel bars, a column formwork is arranged outside the steel bars and reinforced; and concrete is poured into the column formwork, and the newly-added column is obtained.
