The invention relates to a peacetime and wartime combined underground garage, and relates to the technical field of civil air defense buildings. The garage comprises a garage body, a through hole for vehicles to pass through is formed in a wall body of the garage body, and the garage body is provided with a door body; the garage body is provided with a containing groove in the length direction of the through hole in the ground where the through hole is located, the lower end of the door body is located in the containing groove, and the upper end of the door body is slidably connected with the garage body in the length direction of the through hole. The containing groove is filled with filling liquid, and the lower end wall of the door body is located at the position below the liquid level of the filling liquid. Side sealing pieces used for abutting against the side walls of the door body are arranged at the positions, located on the two sides of the through hole, of the garage body, and an upper sealing piece used for abutting against the side walls of the door body is arranged at the position, located above the through hole, of the garage body; the upper sealing piece is connected with the upper ends of the two side sealing pieces, and the lower ends of the two side sealing pieces are located in the filling liquid. The filling liquid, the side sealing piece and the upper sealing piece are matched with one another, and the sealing performance of the door body blocking the through hole is improved.
