The disclosure provides a delivery slot for a bank counter. The order delivery groove comprises a groove body which comprises a groove opening and a containing cavity communicated with the groove opening; the slot door is configured to seal the slot opening in a closed state and at least partially open the slot opening in an open state; the driving device is configured to respond to the slot door in the closed state to drive the disinfection device and respond to any one of the following items to close the disinfection device: the slot door is in the open state and the continuous disinfection time of the disinfection device reaches a preset time threshold value; and the disinfecting and sterilizing device is arranged in the accommodating cavity and is configured to disinfect or sterilize the object transmitted by the order transmitting groove. The bill delivery groove can conveniently start or stop sterilization operation, and can effectively prevent harmful substances from spreading through the bill delivery groove.
