The invention provides a bank counter article delivery device which comprises a cabinet body provided with a groove used for delivering articles and an opening part communicated with the groove. The glass partition plate is arranged above the cabinet body and located in the middle of the opening part so as to divide the opening part into two operation openings; the first end of the article shifting plate is located at the position, close to the glass partition plate, of the opening part and rotatably connected with the groove side face of the groove, and the second end of the article shifting plate is arranged towards the groove bottom face of the groove so as to drive an article to do reciprocating motion between the two operation openings in the groove; the article shifting plate is arranged in a telescopic mode in the direction close to or away from the rotating axis of the article shifting plate, so that the side, close to the groove bottom face, of the article shifting plate is always in sliding contact with the groove bottom face. The problem that in the prior art, an arc-shaped groove, located below bulletproof glass, of a bank counter is inconvenient to transfer objects is solved.
