Overwater cast-in-place construction method for large deepwater caisson
The invention relates to an overwater cast-in-place construction method of a large deepwater caisson. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, pouring a caisson bottom plate in a dry dock, mounting a double-wall steel cofferdam on the bottom plate, then injecting water into the dock, floating the bottom plate and hauling the bottom plate to a pier position, and carrying out caisson construction by using the steel cofferdam as a temporary water retaining structure and adopting a cast-in-place mode; and after caisson construction is completed, water is injected for sinking and bed implantation in place. On one hand, the requirement for the excavation depth of the dry dock can be greatly lowered, on the other hand, the dredging workload of the undocked floating transportation channel can be reduced, and therefore the construction cost is lowered, and the construction period of the caisson can be shortened.
本发明涉及一种大型深水沉箱水上现浇施工方法,在干船坞内先浇筑沉箱底板,在底板上安装双壁钢围堰,然后向船坞内注水,将底板浮起拖运到墩位,利用钢围堰作为临时挡水结构,采用现浇方式进行沉箱施工;沉箱施工完成后注水下沉着床就位。本发明一方面可大幅降低干船坞的开挖深度要求,另一方面可减小出坞浮运航道的疏浚工作量,从而降低施工成本,并可缩短沉箱建造工期。
