The invention discloses multi-component high-strength high-compactness rubber concrete and a preparation method thereof, and the rubber concrete is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 14-15 parts of cement, 48-50 parts of pebbles, 19-20 parts of sand, 3-4 parts of superfine cement, 3-4 parts of fly ash, 2-3 parts of silica fume, 0.3-0.4 part of a water reducing agent, 5-6 parts of water and 15-20v% of rubber powder particles. The compression resistance, the elastic modulus, the breaking strength and the splitting tensile strength of the high-density rubber concrete are superior to those of common rubber concrete.
