The invention provides a multifunctional pervious concrete construction shed which comprises a shed body composed of left and right side fences and a cover, the two sides of the bottom of the shed body are provided with a moving system composed of a plurality of rollers, the bottom of the shed body is provided with an operation platform, and the operation platform is located above the moving system. A moisture adjusting system, a trowelling system, a material supplementing system and a cutting system are arranged in the shed body; the moisture adjusting system and the material supplementing system are arranged on the fence, and the trowelling system and the cutting system are located below the operation platform. The machine is a construction machine integrating the functions of moving, water supplementing, trowelling, material supplementing, cutting and the like, and a permeable concrete pavement which is just constructed is repaired and perfected, so that the pavement quality is improved.
