The invention discloses a space cable suspension bridge temporary cross brace hoisting construction method which comprises the following steps: step 1, mounting embedded parts: mounting the embedded parts to a corresponding height when a tower column is poured, and smearing anti-rust paint on the surfaces of the exposed embedded parts of the tower column, step 2, mounting a cable saddle: reserving a concrete mounting groove in the top of a main tower, and mounting the cable saddle in the concrete mounting groove; then the cable saddle grating is hoisted into the mounting groove through a crane, grating concrete is poured at the moment, after the concrete is solidified, the main cable saddle lower bearing plate and the main cable saddle are hoisted on a steel frame pre-buried in the top of a main tower, and cable strands in a cable saddle section are arranged into a rectangular shape from a hexagonal section, so that the cable saddle grating is formed; the arrangement of the steel wires in the rectangular section meets the principle that the steel wires can smoothly enter a saddle groove and the void ratio is the most sticky, drum wire strands are combed, friction during leading-out can be reduced, meanwhile, the surface of the main cable is wrapped with a layer of steel wires in a winding mode, then reinforcement is conducted in a welding mode, and the stability and safety of the main cable can be improved.
本发明公开空间缆索悬索桥临时横撑吊装施工方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、预埋件安装:在浇筑塔柱时,将预埋件安装到对应高度,并将漏出的塔柱的预埋件表面涂抹防锈漆,步骤二、索鞍安装:在主塔顶预留混凝土安装槽,然后通过吊车将索鞍格栅吊至安装槽中,此时浇筑格栅混凝土,待混凝土凝固后,再将主索鞍下承板和主索鞍吊装在主塔顶预埋的钢框架上,通过将索鞍区段内的索股从六边形断面理成矩形,其钢丝矩形断面内的排列已符合既能顺利入鞍槽又使空隙率最粘的原则,并且对鼓丝索股进行梳理,能够减小引出时摩擦,同时在主缆的表面以缠绕的方式包裹一层钢丝,再以焊接的方式进行加固,能够提高主缆的稳定性以及安全性。
