Fabricated foundation and construction method thereof
The fabricated foundation comprises a plurality of stand columns arranged in a rectangular array, each stand column comprises a vertically-through stand column peripheral wall and a stand column top plate located on the top of the stand column peripheral wall, the stand column peripheral walls are corrugated plates, and concrete is poured after a stand column reinforcement cage is arranged in a cavity defined by the stand column peripheral walls and the stand column top plates. The first beams are used for connecting every two adjacent stand columns, each first beam comprises two oppositely-arranged first beam side walls, the first beam side walls are corrugated plates, and concrete is poured after a first beam reinforcement cage is arranged between the two first beam side walls. The structure has the advantages that the stand column peripheral wall and the first beam side wall are formed by the corrugated plates, on-site manufacturing is not needed, the construction time is shortened, the stand column peripheral wall and the first beam side wall which are formed by the corrugated plates do not need to be dismantled, the time for supporting a formwork and dismantling the formwork is shortened, and therefore the construction time is shortened. Meanwhile, the peripheral wall of the stand column and the side wall of the first beam are made of corrugated plates, and the bending resistance and the torsion resistance are high.
本发明涉及一种装配式基础及其施工方法,包括:多个呈矩形阵列的立柱,立柱包括上下贯通的立柱周壁和位于立柱周壁顶部的立柱顶板,立柱周壁为波纹板,立柱周壁和立柱顶板围合成的空腔内设置立柱钢筋笼后浇筑混凝土。多个用于连接相邻两个立柱的第一梁,第一梁包括两个相对设置的第一梁侧壁,第一梁侧壁为波纹板,两个第一梁侧壁之间设置第一梁钢筋笼后浇筑混凝土。其有益效果是,采用波纹板形成立柱周壁以及第一梁侧壁,不需要现场制作,缩短了施工时间,不需要拆除由波纹板形成的立柱周壁以及第一梁侧壁,减少了支护模板和拆模板的时间,从而缩短了施工时间。同时,采用波纹板制作立柱周壁以及第一梁侧壁,其抗弯性能和抗扭转性能较强。
