Fabricated screw pile foundation and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a fabricated screw pile foundation and a construction method thereof. The fabricated screw pile foundation comprises a drill bit, thin-wall square steel pipes, solid square steel pipes, screw blades, an anti-blocking ring and an automatic screwing-in mechanism. The multiple thin-wall square steel pipes are sequentially assembled above the drill bit; the multiple solid square steel pipes are sequentially inserted into the thin-wall square steel pipes; a fixed plate is arranged in the center of the automatic screwing-in mechanism; the upper end of each assembled thin-wallsquare steel pipe is clamped into the fixed plate; the bottom parts of the thin-wall square steel pipes are inserted into the drill bit; each two thin-wall square steel pipes are connected through aconnector square steel pipe sleeve; and the automatic screwing-in mechanism comprises a cross rod, a vertical rod, a transmission support rod and a rolling wheel. According to the fabricated screw pile foundation and the construction method thereof provided by the invention, a retreating type slip casting manner is adopted, the solid square steel pipes can be reused after being screwed out; the solid square steel pipes and the thin-wall square steel pipes form a whole body which has a sufficient bearing force after being injected with cement mortar, 40 percent to 50 percent of steel materialscan be saved, the fabricated screw pile foundation can flexibly adapt to a changeable construction environment, less construction time needs to be consumed, and a remarkable economic benefit is achieved.
本发明公开了一种可装配式螺旋桩基础及其施工方法,包括钻头、薄壁方钢管、实心方钢管、螺旋叶片、防堵塞圈和自动旋入机构,若干根薄壁方钢管依次装配在钻头上方,若干根实心方钢管依次插入薄壁方钢管内,自动旋入机构中央安装有一固定板,装配好的每根薄壁方钢管上端卡入固定板内,薄壁方钢管底部插入钻头,两根薄壁方钢管之间通过接头方钢管套筒连接,自动旋入机构包括横杆、立杆、传动支承杆和滚轮。本发明采取的是后退式注浆的方式,实心方钢管旋出以后可以再次利用,注入水泥砂浆与薄壁方钢管组成的整体具有足够的承载力,节约40%~50%钢材,且能够灵活地应对多变的施工环境,可以使用较少的施工时间,有着较显著的经济效益。
