The invention relates to the technical field of building post-cast strip construction, and particularly discloses a bottom plate settlement post-cast strip structure and a construction method. Comprising a foundation cushion layer provided with a sinking groove, a waterproof layer arranged on the foundation cushion layer, a water-pressure-resistant cushion layer located in the sinking groove and arranged on the waterproof layer, bottom plates symmetrically arranged and forming a post-cast strip, and two blocking net piece assemblies installed on the waterproof cushion layer in parallel and located between the bottom plates and the post-cast strip. A slag removal groove is formed between the top surface of the water pressure resistant cushion layer and the bottom of the post-cast strip; and the post-cast strip is positioned right above the slag removal groove. The method can effectively solve the problems of sediment and water accumulation caused by long-time non-sealing of the settlement post-cast strip, avoids overlooking of the sediment and the water accumulation on post-cast strip steel bars, and effectively improves the construction quality.
本发明涉及建筑后浇带施工技术领域,具体公开了一种底板沉降后浇带构造及施工方法,包括设置有沉槽的基础垫层、设置在基础垫层上的防水层、位于沉槽内且设置在防水层上的抗水压垫层、对称设置且形成后浇带的底板、以及两组平行安装在防水压垫层上且位于在底板与后浇带之间的拦网片组件;所述抗水压垫层的顶面与后浇带的底部之间形成清渣槽;所述后浇带位于清渣槽的正上方。本发明能够有效的解决沉降后浇带长时间未封闭出现的沉渣和积水的问题,避免沉渣及积水对于后浇带钢筋的俯视,有效的提高了施工质量。
