Method for paving and reinforcing old bridge box girder wing plates during bridge deck widening
The invention discloses a method for paving and reinforcing a wing plate of an old bridge box girder during bridge deck widening. The method comprises the following steps: prefabricating a reinforcing steel member for reinforcing the old bridge box girder; marking the positions of internal steel bars on a wing plate and a web plate of the old bridge box girder; the reinforcing steel member is fixedly mounted at the bottom of a box girder wing plate and on the outer side wall of a web plate in a connection mode of punching and implanting chemical bolts; an asphalt layer and a concrete layer are chiseled away within the preset reinforcing range of the top of the old bridge box girder wing plate till an internal reinforcing mesh is exposed; a reinforcing steel bar net is laid again on the original steel bar net, the reinforcing steel bar net is fixed through a punching and bar planting method, and the reinforcing steel bar net and the original steel bar net are welded and fixed; pouring a leveling layer of the bridge floor by adopting steel fiber concrete until the old bridge floor is flush with the widened bridge floor; repairing the bridge expansion joint, and re-drawing the road diversion marking line; according to the scheme, the loading capacity of the old bridge box girder wing plate is improved, and meanwhile the road surface is high in integrity, uniform in stress and not prone to damage.
本发明公开了一种桥面拓宽时旧桥箱梁翼板铺装加固方法,其包括:预制用于加固旧桥箱梁的加固钢构件;在旧桥箱梁翼板和腹板上标记其内部钢筋的位置;通过打孔并植入化学螺栓的连接方式,将加固钢构件固定安装在箱梁翼板的底部和腹板的外侧壁上;在旧桥箱梁翼板顶部的预设加固范围内凿除沥青层和混凝土层,直至内部钢筋网外露;在原有钢筋网上重新铺设加固钢筋网,通过打孔植筋的方法固定加固钢筋网,并将加固钢筋网与原有的钢筋网焊接固定;采用钢纤维混凝土浇筑桥面的调平层,直至旧桥桥面与拓宽桥面齐平;修复桥梁伸缩缝,并重新施画道路导流标线;本方案提高了旧桥箱梁翼板的负载能力,同时路面的整体性强、受力均匀、不易损坏。
