Integrated construction platform and method for long-piled wharf
The invention provides an integrated construction platform and method for a long-pile wharf. Brackets are welded and fixed to the upstream side and the downstream side of inclined steel pipe piles correspondingly; a bearing beam is supported and mounted at the top of the bracket; bailey beams which are longitudinally arranged are supported at the top ends of the bearing beams; distribution beams which are transversely arranged at equal intervals are arranged at the tops of the bailey beams. Checkered steel plates are fully paved and fixed at the tops of the distribution beams; the short distribution beams between the inclined steel pipe piles are welded and fixed between the inclined steel pipe piles to form a parallel connection system; the top elevation of the riffled plate is lower than the bottom elevation of the lower cross beam. The platform is erected directly depending on the inclined steel pipe piles, auxiliary piles are omitted, the elevation of the top of the platform is set to be lower than the bottom of the lower cross beam, and socketed pile construction and lower cross beam construction share the same operation platform, so that after socketed piles of one bent frame are completed every time, pouring of the lower cross beam of the bent frame can be carried out immediately, the construction period is effectively shortened, and materials are saved.
本发明提供了高桩码头的一体式施工平台及方法,斜钢管桩的上、下游侧分别焊接固定有牛腿;牛腿的顶部支撑安装有承重梁;承重梁的顶端支撑有纵向布置的贝雷梁;贝雷梁的顶部布置有等间距且呈横向布置的分配梁;分配梁的顶部满铺固定有花纹钢板;斜钢管桩之间的短分配梁焊接固定在斜钢管桩之间,并形成平联系统;花纹钢板的顶面高程低于下横梁的底部高程。直接依托斜钢管桩搭设平台,免除辅助桩,把平台顶部高程设置成低于下横梁底部,嵌岩桩施工和下横梁施工共用同一个作业平台,这样就能够实现每完成一个排架的嵌岩桩后,能够立即开展这一排架的下横梁浇筑,有效缩短工期,节约材料。
