Automatic control method for rope loosening protection of hoisting point steel wire rope of portal crane
According to the automatic control method for rope loosening protection of the hoisting point steel wire rope of the portal crane, a portal crane lifting winch is connected with an automatic hydraulic grabbing beam below through the steel wire rope, the automatic hydraulic grabbing beam and a gate can be controlled to grab or loosen, a portal crane controller is arranged, and a portal crane load sensor is arranged at a rotating shaft of the portal crane lifting winch; the gantry crane load sensor detects calibrated gantry crane hanging object weight data, the weight without the automatic hydraulic grabbing beam is calibrated as zero, and the gantry crane controller detects the calibrated weight data of the gantry crane load sensor in the process of controlling the gantry crane to lift, hoist and put down the gate; and when the weight data is less than or equal to zero, starting time points for starting the rope loosening protection. By adding a section of short rope loosening protection program in the existing control program, the occurrence of equipment damage accidents caused by excessive rope loosening of the hoisting equipment due to negligence of personnel can be effectively avoided, the rope loosening protection program does not influence the original protection function of the hoisting equipment, the program is simple, the protection function is easy to realize, and the universality is relatively strong.
一种门机吊点钢丝绳松绳保护自动控制方法,门机起升卷扬通过钢丝绳与下方的自动液压抓梁,自动液压抓梁与闸门之间可受控抓取或松开,设有门机控制器,门机起升卷扬的转轴处设有门机荷重传感器,门机荷重传感器检测标定后的门机吊物重量数据,并以不带自动液压抓梁重量标定为零,门机控制器在控制门机起升卷扬下放闸门的过程中,检测门机荷重传感器标定后的重量数据,当重量数据小于等于零时作为开启松绳保护的启动时间点。通过在现有的控制程序中,加入一段简短的松绳保护程序,能有效避免因人员疏忽起重设备松绳过多引起的设备损坏事故的发生,松绳保护程序不影响起重设备原有的保护功能,且程序简单,保护功能容易实现,通用性较强。
